Pre-Orders Open For The First ‘Bang Bravern’ Toy Released Next Year

News RoomNews RoomMarch 1, 2024No Comments2 Mins Read

Following it’s reveal at Wonder Festival, the DX Bravern toy from Good Smile Company is now open for pre-orders and will be released next year.

If you missed my coverage of Wonder Festival, the prototype of this DX Bravern toy was very much on show for all to see.

Decently sized, at around 20 cm, it also transforms into Bravethunder mode. However, it’s not clear how much if any diecast is involved in the construction.

If you are new to all of this Japanese toy stuff then “DX” is an abbreviation for “deluxe”, which often infers that it is a flagship type product.

The interesting thing here is that the pricepoint is very reasonable, coming in at 16,800 yen (or around $112). That’s in the same ballpark as Bandai Spirits’ Robot Damashii toys, and those aren’t as involved as this release and tend to be a bit smaller as well.

In addition to the transformation gimmick, this DX Bravern toy comes with all manner of accessories, from face swaps to extra weapons. All in all, it’s a very nice package.

With pre-orders opening today and closing on August 28, the toy will be released in January next year.

While that may seem a long way off, toys tend to have a long lead time and the anime is still airing anyway.

In any case, fans of Bang Bravern will have a very nice toy to look forward to early next year.
