This Monday feels a bit like a day in waiting. After all, one monday hence will be Christmas. For a lot of kids, this is the last Monday of the school semester. Finals are over, grades are being tallied, and the next few days will feel to many like a complete waste of time. Everyone is itching to be done.

Wordle Bot Analysis
After each Wordle I solve I head over to the Wordle Bot homepage to see how my guessing game was.
This one was a bit tricky. I was aping Wordle Bot’s favorite opening word with slake and that didn’t do me any good, though slate wouldn’t have been much better. I wish I’d guessed plane or fluky or something useful.
Worse, crout hardly improved things, slashing 407 options down to a still sizable 32. I only finally lucked out with my third guess, bunny, which left me with just two words to choose from, though I immediately thought it had to be funny and funnily enough, I was right!

Alas for your humble narrator, I lose 1 point today thanks to the Bot guessing in three. My four guesses get me zero. -1 total. Lame!
